Join us online for our Mum and Baby. This is a MUST for new mums. We love to see mums from 6 weeks postnatal until your baby begins to crawl!

Mum & Baby Yogalates is a one hour class designed for Post Natal Recovery focusing on restoring the health and wellbeing of a new mum. In this class expect a workout to strengthen our postnatal bodies and spend time stretching and soothing baby!
This class is not recorded, live attendance only and dates cannot be swapped. All babies in any mood always welcome, you can feed, cuddle, change baby throughout. Sleeping babies also welcome, never any pressure to have baby ready for class!!! Mum’s welcome to do the class in your PJs or in your glam, zero pressure!!!
