Baby YogaStretch & Strengthen

We also run Mum and Baby Yogalates after Baby Massage.

This course is suitable from 6 weeks and helps repair postnatal bodies while gently stretching babies.

Try both, one after the other. Or do Baby Massage first and then onto Baby Yoga.
