What Class is Right for Me?

Join Rachel in our live classes, from your home or our studio. We also have over 200 Video on Demand (VOD) classes accessible for you always.

At every stage of  Women’s cycle, transitions and journey, meditation and mindfulness practices can support you. We have plenty of meditation, mindfulness and mindful movement classes on our VOD.

  • Fertility or Trying to Conceive: First 2 weeks of your cycle (up to sand including ovulation), join Yogalates. Second half of your cycle (2 week wait) Yoga and Meditation or Mindfulness classes.
  • Pregnant: Join pregnancy yoga or pilates at any stage of pregnancy from early days until you are holding your baby. Yoga and Meditation on VOD also suitable!
  • New Mothers: From 2 weeks, Baby Massage. From 6 weeks Mum and Baby Yoga. In our VOD pregnancy classes are also suitable from 6 weeks too for stretch and strengthen as is Yoga and Meditation. Once you are feeling strong and ready to challenge your body join Yogalates.
  • PMS or Bleeding: Yoga and Meditation on VOD
  • Perimenopause, Menopause and Beyond: Listen to your body and the energy you have on any given day. Low energy and sluggish days, try Yoga and Meditation. When you have more to give or want to go deeper, try Yogalates. Mindfulness or Yoga & Meditation are always beneficial.
