Happy New Year.

I hope that you enjoyed a restful break and wishing you all peace, health, and happiness in 2024.

MnáSome Women’s Day Retreat this Saturday, 6th January. This is going to be the most nourishing start to our New Year. I am so looking forward to our time together combining Movement, Mindfulness and Magic!!! This will be the loveliest way to start the New Year in a supportive sister circle.

Between now and Saturday, if you could think of one, achievable goal, for 2024. And if you could bring along a small object to represent this goal to you. No one needs to know your goal, and the object is symbolic. Ideally you will be able to keep this object visible throughout the year, and perhaps portable so that you can bring it special places with you.  On Saturday we will place this on our yoga mats for the retreat.

No object, no problem, everything is optional!!

The format of our MnáSome Day Retreat:

10.50am:         Please arrive and allow time to get set up.

11am -12pm: Yoga Practice (No experience necessary)

12-1pm:          Celebratory Cacao Ceremony & Journaling

1-2pm:            Lunch – light vegetarian lunch provided

In keeping with the tradition of Women’s Christmas, please feel free to bring some nibbles/refreshments for sharing xxx

2-2.30pm:       Yoga Nidra (Deep Rest)

2.30 – 3pm:     Breathwork and Journaling

3-4pm:            Closing MyWellbeing Yoga Practice – Movement, Mindfulness & Magic!

All the Information

Venue:            10.50am We will meet in my Garden Studio, D12 F9T0.

Time:               11am – 4pm

Investment:    €120

(For anyone who is yet to pay, please bring cash, I do not have card facilities. I would also appreciate payment at the beginning of our retreat please.)

What to wear:

Please dress in comfy clothes that you can move in. Perhaps layers so that if you are warm in yoga you can undress and then layer up for rest, relaxation and meditation.

What to Bring:

Please bring a warm hoodie/socks, comfortable clothes for rest and relaxation.

Bring your journal and a pen.

Please bring your symbolic  object representing your personal, private 2024 goal.

Light vegetarian lunch is provided. In keeping with the tradition of Women’s Christmas, please feel free to bring some nibbles/refreshments for sharing xxx

Yoga mats, blankets and pillows etc will be provided, however feel free to being anything that boosts your comfort, rest and relaxation.
