Hello and happy spring! 

Can you believe the surprise we woke up to this morning? A beautiful blanket of snow welcoming in the new season!

We’re excited to announce that we still have some spots available for Active Birth this Sunday. It’s going to be a wonderful way to embrace the energy of spring and prepare your body and mind for spring babies!!

For all you new moms out there, don’t miss out on our Baby Massage sessions starting this Wednesday 10.30am. (Sorry, Baby Yoga is fully booked!)

If you haven’t yet organised something for International Women’s Day at your workplace, don’t worry! Reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll bring Movement and Mindfulness right to your door with MyWellbeing (in person, online or hybrid).

And for those of you in need of a little retreat, mark your calendars for MnáSome on March 16th. It’s going to be a rejuvenating day you won’t want to miss!
