Self Care: Have a relaxing bath
We’re sad to say that the weather has turned and a mix of autumn and winter has arrived.
I’m still hopeful we’ll get a nice mild autumn full of change before the depths of winter hit.
In the meantime, prepare yourself for this drop in temperature and have a lovely bath tonight! Fill it with lots of bubbles. Light some candles if you have them. Put on some relaxing music. Grab a good book or a glass of wine. Or both. And enjoy this treat and time to yourself!
