If you feel that you would benefit from one-on-one attention, we also offer private or group training. We can arrange training at a time that suits you, whether it’s just for a few sessions or on an ongoing basis.
With private training we will adapt all poses or exercises to suit you and your goals. We can also work on a training plan which you can do at home, in between classes, so that you can make real progress.
We can work with you individually, or in small groups on with a wide range of options – from Yoga to Bootcamp and everything in between!
