Rachel Gaffey is a specialist in Creative Corporate Wellness Experiences. Being a Wellbeing Consultant, Speaker and Educator with almost 20 years’ experience, she brings her expansive range of Wellbeing offerings to delighted clients across all business sectors. With a background in Corporate Marketing, Rachel left her role as Marketing Manager in KMPG in 2008 and established MyWellbeing which continues to grow and evolve to date.

We recommend that Workshops and Masterclasses are followed up with 121 Wellbeing Accountability packages along with spaced repetition of Wellbeing events, to ensure that Wellbeing at work becomes both an individual habit and organisational culture.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UCD (2000) and is also a graduate of the Smurfit Graduate Business School with a Masters of Science in Marketing Practice (2001). Among many other qualifications and continued immersion in the studies of Wellbeing, Rachel is also a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master, Mindfulness Educator, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, STOTT Pilates Teacher, Meditation Therapist and an expert in Womens’ Health and Wellbeing.
