Yoga For All

Everyone is welcome to join Kate for this fantastic Yoga class. Beginners and improvers, people with injuries or athletes, this class welcomes everyone young and old. Designed to improve your mobility, strength and flexibility in a fun and relaxed environment while challenging and strengthening your abs and back muscles. Expect to learn how to connect deeply to your breath, find an alignment that will work for your body and improve your strength and flexibility each week.

If you want to tone your core and build your strength this is the class for you. This class is suitable for all, beginners and improvers welcome. We will have modifications for everyone on their mat!
