When are we getting back to our studio classes? Where are we going next?

Hi guys,

I hope that you and your friends and families are well as we slowly begin to emerge from the cocoon of the last few months.

Here is a link to our latest news letter, or read below:

People are starting to question when we will get back to our group studio classes or will I start teaching outdoor classes etc??

For me, after lots of reflection, I am staying online and I will reassess the situation in September, after I get my children back to school.

Have a little look at this video explanation:

 For now:

Our 5 online classes will continue for the next few months (2 Yogalates for strength and flexibility, 2 Pregnancy and 1 Yoga and Meditation for all, pregnant, post natal and general, all welcome!) BOOK NOW

I am offering small online Active Birth Workshops, booking in advance essential, learn more in this video and BOOK NOW

Mum and Baby Classes will resume in September.

Our Monthly Online Membership is ideal for anyone who wants to do more that 1 class a week. It costs €75 per month.

With all classes, you must book in advance. Whether you attend live or not, you get the link to the rerecording of the class, which you can download and practice in your own time. The more you do the better you feel!!

Dublin Wellness Centre has made the difficult decision to permanently close its doors, so I will be keeping an eye out for city centre venues, while continuing online classes!
