Quick & Easy Protein Balls
These are the quickest, easiest protein balls out there. You don’t need any special equipment to make them and there are very few ingredients. If you find you like them have a look online, there are tons more recipes which are amazing but require just a little more work!
(Makes 5/6 balls)
½ cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raw cacoa
+ small amount liquid, coconut / almond milk or water.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl very well. A dough will start to form.
If the mix looks a little dry gradually add a little bit of liquid.
Use your hands to roll balls with the dough.
Once they are done you can roll in a topping of your choice!

Roll the finished balls in any toppings you like, some suggestions include;
Dark Chocolate Flakes & SeaSalt
Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts
Sunflower Seeds & Cinnamon
