There’s nothing worse that feeling agitated when the sun is shining. Our thoughts can get on top of us, without us even realising. So what can you do to help calm the mind?

I’ve lots of friends and family who swear by it’s benefits. Really it’s a pretty key part of self care.
So let’s take the ‘shoulds’ out of our lives and engage in a daily meditation practice. Even 10 minutes a day!
