Tomorrow is the First of December (again I ask where has the year gone???). I still remember the world wide excitement of saying goodbye to the dreaded year that was 2016 and embracing the unknowns of what 2017 would bring. Of course 2016 wasn’t a horrible year for everyone. We had lots of exciting news here in MyWellbeing. Lots and lots of babies being born. New faces joining us for classes. Old faces returning with new pregnancies. It is one of the joys of the work we do.
So it got us thinking. Before we get caught of up in all the hype of the buying and eating and drinking (for those not preggers), we wanted to take a moment and think about our December goals.
Do you have any goals for December? Or maybe you’d prefer to just enjoy the wonder of December and the excitement it brings and set your goals for the New Year?
Mine is more of a personal one. Recent events #metoo have made me realise how important it is that as women we have each other’s backs. So that’s my goal. To have my fellow ladies back more! And maybe eat a little less chocolate. The latter is never going to happen. It’s like crack, I am addicted!! And we already have the chocolates out?
