Be patient with yourself
One of the toughest things about the way we live today is that we put so much pressure on ourselves.
Whether it be to have the right job. The right house. We sometimes don’t take the time to patient with ourselves. And remind ourselves that we are doing the best we can.
So today, as part of 10 weeks of self care, stop and tell yourself:
