10 weeks of self care
We were a little sad to see the end of our #100healthydays campaign. We had so much fun finding different ways to be healthy and different meanings for the word healthy. It’s not just about eating well. And we got such a good response from all you so we thought, what next?
Well, with the summer slowly coming to an end (did it every start I hear you say?), we need to take this time to be good to ourselves. So here we go with 10 weeks of self care!
We all have our ups and downs and tough moments, where you ask yourself how did I get here? How do I go forward? It’s in times like these, that we need to breath and find time for ourselves.
