I love these ten simple mantras!
I know myself that I can get caught up in the small things.
Comparing my ‘chunky’ thighs to my friend’s slinky slim ones.
Judging a friends fashion statements only secretly wishing I could be as bold.
Regretting the things I haven’t done – too busy looking backwards to see what’s ahead of me!
Guilt about that 10th choccie biscuit (on a good day).
Time to let it all go. It’s like the idea of counting to ten when you’re feeling angry or frustrated. Saying these mantras out loud can bring you a little peace!
Then of course there’s nothing better than a good oul fashioned giggle.
