For me, as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, it’s all about creating opportunities to create inspiration in as many people as possible.
Short introduction for my classes:
We will focus on breathing exercises and physical movements. Trying to always be mindful and bringing many health benefits such as: better sleep, increased energy levels, improved circulation, muscle tone, benefit heart rate & blood pressure.
