October’s Pilates Workshop with Brighter Minds

October 25th Pilates from 10-1 and Mindfulness 2-5

Cost  €30 per workshop

In a special 3-hour event, Gabriela from ‘Dublin 8 Pilates’ will introduce you to the 8 principles of Pilates, and guide you through exercises to learn how to concentrate, Pilates breathing, control your deep muscles, work on your stable centre, bring flow to your movements, be precise, breathe actively, encourage muscle relaxation and build up your stamina. A perfect opportunity to fall in love with exercises that will change the way you treat your body!  (Note, this course is not suitable if you are pregnant)


Discover the theory, simple practices and scientifically-proven benefits of mindfulness in the lovely My Wellbeing Centre in Dame Street. Our mindfulness coach will lead you through an interesting brief talk with entertaining videos on the theory, and will then lead the group in the simple practices of mindful breathing, mindful stretching, body tapping, mindful walking, and a number of relaxing meditations. Leave relaxed and refreshed, more informed, and perhaps with a slightly new outlook.
