Welcome lovely Hannah
We’re so delighted to have Hannah on board. She’ll be teaching Yogalates on Wednesday’s at 13.05. We asked her to tell us a little bit about why she got into Pilates and Yoga and what you can expect when you join her class.
“I am very excited to teach Wednesdays 13.05 in MyWellbeing. Lunch Yogalates will work on improving mobility and balance. We will strengthen and lengthen muscles, and find moments of solace for our mind. Yogalates will improve our posture, correct imbalances and to help us use our body more gracefully.”
Come along and see what it is all about, book here.
Having trained in college as a dancer, many somatic practices including Pilates and Yoga were a huge part of my conditioning. I quickly saw the vast improvements of strength and flexibility which aided my other core dance subjects. Pilates and yoga became a key aspect of my daily routine and helped immensely during injuries and illness, physically and mentally.
I continued to fuel this passion by studying further, taking classes and workshops from phenomenal teachers during my travels in NewYork, Los Angeles, Denmark and then taking courses to gain my qualifications.
