Day 44 – Acai Bowl
Kate here. Made my first acai bowl and it was so tasty.
Basically a smoothie in a bowl, it shouldn’t work but it really does. The perfect sunny day snack.
Acai is a superfood and apparently full of antioxidants, fibre and healthy fats.
Ingredients:
Handful frozen berries
Banana
Coconut or Almond Milk
Tsp Acai Powder
Tsp Spiriluna
Toppings:
Go wild – add whatever you like!
I added:
Coconut Flakes
Granola
Cashew Nuts
Pumpkin Seeds
Chopped Banana
Blend all the ingredients and then add whatever toppings you want. Easy.
