The Cost of Getting Lean….is it worth it????

Check out this article below about what body fat percentage looks like and what you should be doing to attain or maintain various percentages. This is the best explanation I have ever seen about setting realistic goals and working out the type of lifestyle you want and what you are willing to do for the figure you want.

I got my body fat done today and I am 26%  FAT (fatter than I would like!!!)

As most of you know, I am getting married on Valentines Day (10 weeks away) and I would love to  be 20-22% body fat for the wedding!

My master plan is to try to get into the 23-25% range between now and the New Year.  I will include more veg and protein into my daily diet, lots of fun exercise and enjoy the festive season drinks and treats!

Then in January with 6 weeks to go, Im gonna follow the tips in the article to get to 20-22% for the big day!!!

For real life long term, enjoying food, drink, treats and exercise, I think I am a 23-25% type of girl. Gotta have my chocolate and cosmos!!!!!
