Weekly Classes

Live Online & In Studio in Person

Anyone who wants to start taking care of their body, connecting with their breath and inviting ease and stillness back into their lives, join me every Tuesday and Thursday for Yogalates.

 

 

Everyone is welcome (not suitable from pregnancy), regardless of your experience and we move, stretch, strength and release from the inside out, you are guaranteed to leave with a greater connection to self and a sense of calm that you will bring with you into your day and week.

Join me every Tuesday and Thursday 8pm for Yogalates. This takes the best bits of Yoga & Pilates and combines them into a fun & strong workout for a flexible body and mind. Suitable for all!

Our in studio pregnancy classes get booked up very quickly, please book these in advance and remember if you are unable to attend, please cancel online so that people on the waiting list can attend.

Our Post Natal courses resume tomorrow:

5 week courses for Mums and Babies with an amazing community of other mothers, fantastic support and a wealth of knowledge.

5 Week Postnatal courses

Starting Wednesday 5th October

11.30am Baby Massage (suitable from 2 weeks)

12.45pm Mum and Baby Yoga (from 6 weeks)

Active Birth Online or In Person

Ideal after 30 weeks. This is the very best labour and birth preparation for couples. Learn practical tips and techniques to prepare body and mind for labour and birth, along with pelvis opening positions, practical breath work & pain relief methods.

Yoga and Cacao Moon Workshops

Our Yoga, Cacao, Journal and Rest workshop dates are released. Choose from In Person in Studio or join online. Use these workshops to release, relax and unwind. This is a must to ground and connect.
