WHAT IS BARRE?
Barre is a mixture of ballet inspired exercises, Pilates and HIIT training to sculpt and tone your muscles.
Classes work the whole body and are set to the best rocking playlists.
DO I NEED TO KNOW BALLET?
Nope, everyone is welcome. Barre is a low impact exercise suitable for all
ages and exercise levels. It’s a tough class but nothing comes without a bit of hard work! And it’s great fun.
WHO ARE THE TEACHERS?
Orla & Jade are both trained dancers and Pilates teachers who already teach some of the most popular barre classes in Dublin. You’re in
great hands!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT
Each class starts with arm work and then lots of work for perky butts and lean legs. We throw in some
awesome abs and plenty of stretching as we go along.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING
Grippy socks are helpful, a towel and a smile!!
HOW MUCH?
€13 for student/unemployed. €16 for a drop in and we are doing packs of 8 for €115 and 20 for €260.
