Move, Manifest and More Workshop, Samhain Monday 1st November 7-9pm

Wishing everyone a very Happy Halloween and Samhain greetings for the start of the Celtic New Year. I am feeling recharged, rested (well…maybe not rested) but ready to rock after a week off, mid-terming with my children.
We spent our time doing our favourite things, spending time by the sea, staying in PJs late, watching lots of movies (Jaws while you are staying in a Caravan by the sea was my fav!!), walks, catching sunrise and chasing sunsets and plenty of horsey time!!

Classes and workshops resume this week, both Online and In Person and I would love you, and your friends to join me! MyWellbeing Garden studio is open. We have 8 mats spaces, for you to join me live in person in Studio.
Calling anyone** who is interested in Celebrating the changing seasons, November and the Celtic New Year with my to join me, Monday night, 7-9pm for Move, Manifest and More!!!
This is suitable for everyone and you will need a notebook and pen. You can join me in person in our Crumlin Garden Studio, where I will have 8 cosy nests set up for you, or join me online and set yourself up with pillows and blankets, a warm drink and all your nice things!
The movement will be slow and stretchy, we will aim to release tightness or tension and restore balance to our bodies. We will indulge in Blissful Breath work to bring calm to your nervous system. Then we will meditate, journal and manifest our hopes and dreams for this turn of the wheel! We will finish with deep rest and let this magic go to where your body needs this most. The investment for this self care, self love session is €30 and all bookings are open online now!!!

For our POSTNATAL MUMS….courses are FINALLY back in Person and Online!!I am THRILLED to welcome you back into our Crumlin Garden Studio for Baby Massage and Baby Yoga courses.
I have limited spaces to welcome back you and your babies and I cannot wait to see those chubby cheeks, chunky thighs and bright inquisitive eyes, as we as women sit in circle and support each other in both massage and yoga.  These classes will simultaneously run online so if coming to class from the comfort of your home works best…join me online!Click here to book into our Massage or Baby Yoga courses

If you, or your friend are pregnant, you NEED to do this course. This is the VERY BEST labour and birth preparation available.
workshops are intimate and interactive and we focus on practical tips, tricks and techniques for positions and breathing for labour and birth to make your labour as gentle and comfortable for mum and baby as possible.I have 2 dates available to book NOW

Ongoing classes – online or in person!!:We have 2 pregnancy suitable for every stage in pregnancy (Yoga Tuesday and Pilates Thursday both 18.45)Yogalates is for everyone else. This class takes the best bits of Yoga and Pilates and mixes them up into a fun, yet challenging class. We start slow, breathe and meditate,  build up mindfully, stretch, lengthen and strengthen and finish with radiant rest. Come join me in person in Crumlin or book in online and join me live or at a time that suits you best! Every class is different and everybody and ability is welcome, adjustments and levels are always offered to suit everyone.Our weekly classes are continuing up to 21st December.
We have Monthly Membership offers of €65 for online or €100 for in person in studio and online combo!

Online classes will continue and will be offered simultaneously as hybrid classes via Zoom, these can be done live, or book in and get the recording at your leisure.

  • Please bring your own mat to class
  • There will be a mask-to-mat policy in place and hand-santiser will be available
  • Please be mindful, do not arrive more than 5 minutes before class start time and to avoid congregation
  • I recommend bringing a hoodie/jumper to class, as windows will be open to ensure fresh air circulation
