100 Healthy Days

So we’ve started 100 Healthy Days here in the MyWellbeing office (Shauna, Rachel and Kate – we’re  all in it together!). All it really means is that each day for 100 days we are going to consciously do at least one healthy, positive thing for ourselves. This will take us right up until Christmas and hopefully help us develop and grow healthy habits. We want you to join us too!!! Whether it’s trying out a recipe, getting more active or trying out something new – we’d love if you join us over the next couple of months. Let’s got for it together, keep each other inspired and share ideas.


We’ve got 1.5 weeks done so far and it’s going great. We’ve tried a couple of new recipes, increased our green juice intake, taken to the great outdoors and made sure we got some gym time in. We’re planning on sharing a couple of easy, healthy recipes each week as well as a pose or two you can do it home.
