100 Healthy Days
Here in MyWellbeing we love those bright stretches in the evening. So much so, that we’ve been inspired to reignite our 100 healthy days! Our philosophy is not about losing weight and denying yourself the good things in life (chocolate hmmm) but it’s more about being and feeling healthy. Exercising regularly, eating fresh food but allowing yourself the bold things you crave every now and again.

Day 1 – Walking to work instead of driving.
It was such a beautiful day today that Rachel (with little Ronan in tow) decided to leave the car at home.
Her walk to work was nearly 5km.
What a way to start her 100 healthy days!!
