  • Week 1: Introduction to Workplace Wellness & Stress Management – Learn how stress affects your wellbeing and how to identify, reduce and manage stress levels in the workplace.
  • Week 2: Understanding Communication Skills & Self-Care Strategies – Explore communication strategies to support better interpersonal relationships between colleagues, as well as self-care techniques to help boost productivity.
