This is a Yoga class designed to improve your mobility, strength and flexibility in a fun and relaxed environment. Expect to learn how to breath in a way that supports you, find an alignment that will work for your body and grow your strength each week as we learn new poses and build a Yoga practice designed to suit you. I’m a real believer in the mind body connection and I love to see the affect moving you body has on your mind, and vice versa!
The class is suitable for all levels – so you are welcome to join us for your first class, or if you’ve been practicing for years.
