If you fancy a little get away, or have always wanted to give surfing a try this is the weekend for you. Our Yoga & Surf Weekend is designed to get your body moving, get you out in nature and leave you feeling happy and refreshed. The weekend is open to everyone – beginner and advanced yogi’s and surfers will be catered for. Expect to soak up the Wild Atlantic Way in all it’s glory, meet a group of fun people, and leave feeling energised and rejuvenated.
Yoga & Surfing are a perfect combination. Yoga will work your strength, balance and co-ordination and leave you feeling calm & relaxed. Surfing is always a fun, exhilarating experience and 100% guaranteed to leave you with a smile. During this weekend you will take part in four yoga sessions, two surf lessons and enjoy wholesome breakfasts.
You can hop on our TurfnSurf Tour bus in Dublin City Centre and bring you direct to Bundoran; returning you back to Dublin on Sunday evening.
The Yoga classes are taught by Kate who aims to bring the perfect balance of laughter, challenge and relaxation into each class. We will use our classes to clear the mind and prepare for a surf and to unwind and stretch out the body post surf. Our aim is to have fun and feel good so after 4 Yoga classes and 2 Surf Lessons you can expect to leave the weekend feeling refreshed and renewed.
€189 – surf, yoga and accommodation.
€209 – with return bus from Dublin.
Includes 2 night’s accommodation, 2 surf lessons, 4 yoga classes and 2 breakfasts. Optional return bus from Dublin.
You can book your space on this retreat below. You can choose to pay in full or to pay a non-refundable deposit of €100. You can then pay the balance when it suits you. The trip must be paid in full 2 weeks before weekend.
