April 7th Yin-Spiration
We all want to feel more connected to our feelings and engage in more mindful movements, by making the body still, we can listen to the mind. By stilling the chatter of the mind, we can listen to our body. Join us on April 7th for a slow flow Yin Yoga class exploring how we can tune into our true nature and find out how strong and flexible we really can be.
May 12th Yin Yang Yoga
A Yin Yoga class to improve your range of motion and circulation, we will work slowly to find the ease and delicious pleasure in some dynamic stretches mixed with some more traditional Vinyasa movements. Get ready this one comes in waves……
MIXED LEVEL CLASSES, SUITABLE FOR THOSE NEW TO YIN OR NEW TO YOGA
90 minutes, €15 per student.
Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This is a more meditative approach to yoga, listening to your body and practicing mindfully.
