If you come to a class in MyWellbeing you can expect to enjoy a challenging but fun workout. We aim to leave people smiling, stretched, strengthened and refreshed. We provide a wide range of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates and Barre and we are always looking to bring new and fun classes to our students.

We pride ourselves on having a beautiful, warm and welcoming space and getting to know all of our students. Most classes are taught by Rachel who really enjoys seeing her students grow and develop. As we settle into our new studio space we plan to bring even more classes and teachers to the space while still keeping our personal and welcoming touch.

MyWellbeing.ie was founded in 2008 by Rachel, borne out of a passion for wellbeing and a desire help people feel good. Right in the middle of a recession Rachel decided it was time to leave a stable corporate job in exchange for running a small wellbeing studio in Dublin. Armed with just a credit card and a dream Rachel went about setting up MyWelbeing.ie and bringing Yoga, Pilates and Yogalates to the people in her local community. 6 years later and the studio is thriving thanks to an amazing selection of students who come through our doors.
