Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy Yoga works on flexibility, breathwork and birth preparation. We keep the body both strong and flexible in preparation for labour and birth.

We also incorporate some meditation and relaxation leaving your mind relaxed, calm and focused.

Pregnancy Pilates

Pregnancy Pilates

Pregnancy Pilates is great for working on your strength and flexibility and to keep you strong throughout your pregnancy.

It works on bums, tums and hip strength as well as the upper body. It’s an excellent way of keeping fit and strong while pregnant.

Pregnancy Yogalates

Pregnancy Yogalates

Yogalates takes the best bits of Pilates for Pregnancy and Yoga for Pregnancy and combines them into a 60 minute Yogalates for Pregnancy Class.

During the class we stretch, soothe and strengthen mums to be from top to toe. It is an excellent choice for those who can only do one class per week with us.

Mum & Baby Yogalates

Mum and Baby Yogalates

Mum & Baby Yogalates is a one hour class designed to stretch and soothe mummies and babies. The class is primarily baby led, as in every class mummy has to respond to their babies changing demands. It is a great opportunity for new mummies to start a yoga practice in a supportive environment where they get to bring their babies along for some baby time too!

We spend half the class working on post natal yoga & pilates moves for mum. Stretching and strengthening tired muscles and half the class stretching out and playing with our beautiful babies. The class flows from mummy moves to baby moves and back and forwards to keep babies entertained!

Baby Massage

Baby Massage

Join us for a 5 Week Baby Massage Course. This course is open to Mums or Dads and babies from 5 weeks until crawling!

Toddler Yoga

Toddler Yoga

This is a fun class for Mum or Dad and your toddler. It is suitable for 1 – 3 year olds. We guarantee you will laugh and have fun! Some of our moves will include:
