We have a range of different corporate wellbeing packages available. We’re happy to work with you to design the best possible option for you and for your staff. Choose from a weekly class for your staff or one-off workshop tailored to your needs.
We offer a range of different classes which you and your staff can choose from. Choose a class – Yoga, Pilates or Yogalates and then choose a time – lunchtime or before / after work and we can take it from there.
All classes can be arranged in your workplace. We’re happy to pop out and see how many people will fit into the space you have. From there we can decide on times and the kind of classes that will suit you best.
At MyWellbeing.ie we specialise in wellness, taking into account the entire mind, body and spirit connection. We have seen first-hand the benefits that can be obtained when people become empowered to manage their health and put into practice some useful techniques that can enhance productivity and eliminate stress.
