March is here, already? Yes, we’ve spent the past 8 weeks having fun, working out and shedding those Christmas pounds. Not that we’re strict diet gals in here (we do love our chocolate) but it’s been nice to focus on ourselves for eight weeks, stretching, toning and working those bodies.

Now we have a new batch of eight week terms starting next week.

We have four classes to choose from. One Pilates class and three Yogalates class. You can read more about the difference between these classes here.

Tuesdays is all about Rachel. She teaches our lunchtime Pilates class and our evening 18.30 Yogalates class.

So what are her classes like? Well, let’s just say they’re not for the faint-hearted. You’re sure to sweat, pump a lot of oxygen around that body and push those muscles. But all in a safe and fun way. Rachel’s up beat attitude will get you working out, pushing your limits with a laugh and a smile on your face.

On Wednesdays, our lunch time Yogalates class is taught by Hannah. Don’t let that quiet demeanor fool you. Hannah will have your heart racing in no time. And her patient and calm approach will leave you feeling more than satisfied after this challenging workout. It’s a perfect lunch time class to get away from your desk and stretch those bodies.

Then in the evening, we have Kate – Rachel’s sister. Her 18.30 Yogalates class is quite similar to Rachel’s and Hannah’s, in that she’ll have you working hard. You’ll most likely groan as she makes you hold that extra plank but you’ll walk away feeling pumped and a job well done by giving yourself that hour to exercise.

All our ladies are great and mindful of you, your body and any injuries you may have. Our classes are mixed level but we welcome beginners to our lovely warm studio with open arms and an attentive ear. It’s important we get to know you and what works for your body.
