Yogalates; Abs Exercises using Yoga & Pilates

Women's Health are recommending Yogalates moves. They say;

"Devotees develop hard-core abs, thanks to Pilates, in addition to the supreme posture and balance benefits of yoga. Learn the basics and explore the benefits with this three-move ab routine for newbies."

We have been running Yogalates classes for the past three years and numbers of students are increasing with each new term.


Beginners Yogalates classes are Tuesdays at 18.15
Yogalates classes for level 2&3 are Wednesdays at 18.10
